Returns and Exchanges
Should you wish to cancel your order, you have to contact us by email within twenty-four (24) hours of placing your Order online and state the Order reference number in your email. We will provide you with a refund of the purchase price, excluding any financial charges imposed from the online payment gateway or processing bank if the order has not been processed.
However, if the products purchased have been cleared or dispatched from our distribution centers, the Client is responsible for all the freight, taxes, and levies charges involved. We will only refund the amount after deduction of all the charges incurred from the clearance or the dispatch of the products.
Upon acceptance of delivery and discovering there is damage to the Product, you have to notify us by email within twenty-four (24) hours upon receipt of the delivery. Thereafter, you must arrange for the Product to be returned to us at our distribution center, which we will advise you after receiving your notification of the damaged Product. Upon receipt and verification that the Product was damaged during delivery, we will provide you with a replacement. If the item is not available, we shall refund the price of the Order.
